Performance Management Plan for the Stunting Reduction program – UNICEF (2015)
A PMP plan and M&E framework was developed for the Sindh focused Stunting Reduction project that focuses on Nutrition and WASH intervention with the Sindh health department. Designed and delivered a 2 day retreat for the project teams and developed a results based framework that facilitated the development of the management plan and M&E Framework.
Gender Action Plan – Satpara Development Project (SD) – AKF, Pakistan (2015)
CGaPS provided technical support in ‘Gender Assessment, Capacity Building Workshop and Action Planning of Satpara Development Project (SDP)’, Aga Khan Foundation, Pakistan. A participatory Gender Action Plan based on the gender analysis, and consultation with community women and men’s groups and youth. A three day capacity work shop designed and delivered for SDP staff.
Strategic Plan 2015-2017, Provincial Commission on the Status of Women Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP)
CGaPS developed the Strategic Plan 2015-2017, PCSW Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) through a consultative and participatory process.
Mid-term review “Towards Gender Equality: Women’s Economic Empowerment- Home based Workers, Phase II” – UN Women Pakistan (2014)
The Women Economic Empowerment (WEE) Home Based Workers (HBWs) Phase II program was executed by UN Women in Punjab and Sindh in partnership with the provincial Labor and Human Resource Departments and CSOs. CGaPS conducted the assessment of the project using a participatory and appreciative inquiry approach. The review was based on an extensive desk review, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) of the project beneficiaries and interviews of the key stakeholders.
Capacity Enhancement of Provincial Departments on Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) Guidelines 2015.
The UN Women WEE program in Pakistan tasked CGaPS/MDi to assess the capacity of relevant line departments in Sind (Women Development and Social Welfare) and Punjab (Women Development) to understand and integrate WEE issues and to develop guidelines and benchmarks, based on the capacity assessment findings, for the integration of WEE strategies in the work of three line departments (Women Development, Social Welfare, and Labour and Human Resource) in Sind and in Punjab, with special focus on integrating these into the PC-1s.
CGaPS developed tools to collect data that included self-assessment questionnaires, guidelines for in-depth interviews and departmental assessment forms for gender and human rights sensitivity. Based on the data collected two workshops were designed and delivered for sensitization of staff of the three departments on gender equality, human rights and WEE concepts. WEE guidelines were developed and reviewed by the staff as well as senior officials from the Sindh and Punjab WDD, SWD, LHRD and P&DD for making PC-1s more gender sensitive and for integrating gender equality and WEE principles more effectively into the work of the departments.
